Charge Summary General

The Charge Summary General reports display general charge data broken up by eligibility, CDM, Location, etc. The table below contains a brief description of each report available:

 Description
.01 Charge Utilization
 Displays hospital utilization and qualification testing for selected date range; Shows all hospital charges (matched and unmatched to the crosswalk) where the total amount is equal to $0.01. Useful for some hospitals to research data and charge issues.
Charge Code Detail By Eligibility 
 Displays hospital utilization with summed packages by account type for the selected dates. Summarized by CDM.
Charge Code Detail By IP_OP
 Displays hospital utilization with summed packages by inpatient vs outpatient status for the selected dates. Summarized by Patient type.
Charges By CDM
 Displays all hospital utilization with summed records by CDM for the selected dates. Summarized by CDM.
Charges by Filename
 Displays all hospital utilization with summed records by filename (raw data imported) for the selected dates. Summarized by CDM. Note: The date filters selected applies to the service date in the files, not the date the data was imported.
Charges By Location
 Displays all hospital utilization with summed records by location (could mean clinic or site, depending on the customer setup) for the selected dates. Summarized by the Location field.
Charges By MR Number 
 Displays all hospital utilization with summed records by account type for the selected dates. Summarized by MR Number.
Charges By StoreID
 Displays all hospital utilization with summed records by storeID (could mean clinic, site or other variable, depending on the customer setup) for the selected dates. Summarized by the StoreID field.
Hospital Orphan Qualification Report  
 Displays orphan hospital charges for the selected dates.
Possible Duplicate Charges
 Displays charges the system has recognized as possible duplicates for the import date range selected.
