Change a Prescription Status

Users of Retail PIDs can change a prescription's status in Utilization Manager.
The status indicates which account the prescription qualified for during eligibility testing.

From Utilization Manager right-click a prescription you want to update.
Select CHANGE STATUS.


Type in the Reason for the status change, select the new Status, and select how to Apply the Change.



Click Save Changes to update the status.
