Overview
On the Utilization Locations dashboard, you can view two alerts: New Util Locations and Blank Util Locations.
New Util Locations
A New Util Locations alert shows up when a new utilization location is found in a Drug Utilization file.
- Location - The Hospital Location name.
- First Service Date - The first occurrence of the New Location in that file.
- Count - The number of occurrences of the New Location in that file.
By default, all New Utilization Locations are treated as potentially eligible for 340B status. If a New Utilization Location needs to be treated as Non-340B, you can change it using the Go to Locations List link.
Blank Util Locations
A Blank Util Locations alert shows up when a Drug Utilization file contains blank locations.
- Import File Name - The file name.
- Import Date - The date the file was imported.
- Count - The number of occurrences of blank locations in that file.
By default, Blank Utilization Locations are treated as potentially eligible for 340B status. Contact Macro Helix Support for help with Blank Utilization Locations.
