Branch Codes 

On the Branch Codes page within the Admin Setup menu, new search functionality has been added to help you quickly select the desired hospital or pharmacy. From both the Hospital and Pharmacy dropdown menus, you can type to search by name, eliminating the need to scroll through the entire list of available options. 

In the Branch Codes table, a convenient new tooltip is available within the Branch to HID or Branch to PID columns, depending on whether you are in the hospital or pharmacy tab. You can now hover over the ID numbers in these columns to view the HID or PID name. 

To maintain an accurate history of branching, only the Termination Date and Notes can be edited within the Branch Codes table.

What's Improved

Hospital: Change Status  

Within Utilization Manager, if you attempt to change a hospital charge status to be the same as the current status, an error message will appear in the Change Status popup window and you will not be able to add notes. If you would like to add notes while keeping the same status, right-click the charge and select Add/View Notes. 

Drug Catalog Pricing  

Drug Catalog processing has been improved in 340B Architect to ensure consistency of NDC pricing throughout the pages and popups listed below. In addition, the selection process for both NDC pricing and item numbers has been refined.  

• Pharmacy Search page. 
• Pharmacy Accumulations page.
• Accumulations Detail popup (right-click option). 
• Order Builder popup (right-click option).
